FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):
1. Are Better Together rings the same as in the website photos?
Yes, we made all the rings and other jewelry you see on our website. We do not “borrow” photos from other websites.
2. Does Better Together offer made-to-measure services?
Yes, if you find any photos in our website that you like, we can get your sizes and make new ones for you. Alternatively, you can send us a picture of any ring or jewelry that you like and we can have them custom-made for you. Please note that we do not offer design services (an original pattern designed from scratch).
3. What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We use 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K gold in white, yellow, rose gold or combination. This can be customized depending on the customer’s preference.
4. Do you accept returns?
Please note that as our business is on made-to-measure and custom-made jewelry, the items made are non-refundable or exchangeable.
5. Do you provide alterations?
Alterations are not included in the price of your ordered ring/jewelry. We will only do free alterations for size if it is a mistake on our part and if it was reported immediately. Requests for alterations to modify the size and jewelry design (if it is possible) will incur additional charges. Alterations that are required one (1) month after the jewelry has been received by the customer will be charged with the corresponding alteration fee.
6. How long will it take to make my wedding ring?
Our normal lead time is one (1) month. Any order that is less than 1 month before your requested date is considered a rush order and will be subjected to our peak surcharge.
7. When should I place my order for our wedding rings?
Although our lead time is one (1) month, we recommend that you place your order at least three (3) months in advance before your wedding to allow for any unforeseen delays and alterations. Lead time may vary depending on whether it is peak period.
8. How can I get my order?
You have the option to pick it up if you are anywhere near Meycauayan, Bulacan or we can arrange a meet-up in SM Marilao, SM North Edsa or Trinoma for a minimal fee. We can also send the order through LBC. Shipping and tax (and customs duty for international shipping) will be shouldered by the customer.

10. What are your payment options?
We accept payment via bank transfer to our BPI and BDO accounts. If you want to pay online, you can send the payment via Paypal (Paypal charges 4% service fee which will be shouldered by the customer). We also accept money transfers like Cebuana Lhuillier, Western Union, LBC Pera Padala or M Lhuillier. Let us know which one you prefer and we’ll send the payment details via email.
